When your MolliVita is installed, all that’s required is that you set up an affordable monthly warranty payment of £9.99, to cover you, should anything go wrong. It’s a price that’s comparable to your typical Netflix or Amazon subscription. The £9.99 repair or replacement warranty is applicable to all models except the MolliVita XL, which is £15.99 pcm. You have three months to set up your warranty scheme, otherwise any time over that time period will need to be backdated, e.g. four months after installation would be an additional upfront payment of £9.99. The warranty will remain in place for as long you would like to have your MolliVita water softener covered. And that’s it basically – a guarantee that you’ll never have to pay for another water softener again.

What does a MolliVita Warranty provide?

Basically – plenty of protection and peace of mind. All the time the warranty is in place, Scott Jenkins Water Softeners will repair or replace your MolliVita water softener, free of charge. This means that as long as the product has been subjected to normal use and maintenance, if there are any defective parts or the softener stops functioning, we’ll attend promptly to fix the problem. If the issue proves beyond repair, we’ll simply install a brand-new softener for you.

What the warranty won’t cover

The MolliVita Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. What the warranty won’t cover you for are any problems caused by malfunctions, damage or neglect that aren’t as a result of defects in materials or workmanship. Cancellation policy

If you set up your monthly warranty but then decide to cancel, as long as you do so within a 45-day timeframe, you’ll be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel after 45 days, you will be eligible for a partial refund.

We will then set up a direct debit for you (Go Cardless) and the £9.99 will be taken each month.
